The new letters…
Back in the day, our ancestors used to write letters to keep family on distant shores up to date on all the news. It would take months to travel between Australia and the UK, and often the news was already out of date by the time it arrived! But that didn’t stop people from relishing every word in those letters.
I’m not about to write you a letter (as much as I’d love to) but I would still love to keep in touch.
These days emails are of course the new ‘letter’. Now don’t worry, I’m not about to fill your inbox – I promise! Just like our ancestors there will be a bit of a wait between my letters.
Sign up below to receive an occasional ‘letter’ from me with updates on my services, blog posts and all sorts of family history news.
I am also active on Instagram and will always welcome new followers to join the family history adventure.
Thanks for keeping in touch,
Sandy
